RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY
The ruggedness and stress tolerance of Hoegemeyer Hybrids has become our trademark, and it is not by accident. Our hybrids are bred in the Western Cornbelt, for the Western Cornbelt, where tough weather conditions test the survival of us all. Another hallmark of Hoegemeyer Hybrids is our seed quality and uniformity. Our quality control standards are among the highest in the industry. In 1992 we constructed a state-of-the-art seed conditioning tower to increase our capacity and to further improve the quality and consistency of the seed we put in the bag. Our products are also on the cutting edge of the seed industry. We have IMI-corn hybrids, high oil corn, and we are involved in a number of other bio-tech research frontiers. Our years of continuous research are paying off with exciting new inbred and hybrids for the future.
